1、What is SPC FLOORING?
SPC flooring means stone plastic composite flooring, also named Hybrid flooring. Its main materials are Lime stone(Calcium Carbonate)+PVC+ Stabilizers. With its special construction, plastic SPC flooring has many advantages, such as 100% waterproof, no formaldehyde, stable and reliable physical performances. It is suitable for bedroom, kitchen, mudroom, even laundry room etc.
2、The SPC FLOORING' structure:
1).UV layer: It is a transparent layer. Its advantages as followings: Stain-resistant, Anti-bacteria. Additionally, it helps protect the wear layer and increase the flooring service life. The main point is making the flooring easy clean.
2). Wear layer: Guarantees high durability and allows versatile application installations.
There are many different thickness of wear layer, mostly using 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm.
Its main usage is to help flooring wear resistant. So the thicker the better. With the correct installation, their warranty years as followings:

Each thickness can match different thickness of wear layer. You can choose one according to your market requirement.
5). Foam: This layer is optional. You can do the flooring with it or without it. With this layer, the flooring will be moist-resistant, sound absorption and feet comfortable.
